In celebration of American Artist Appreciation Month, I am excited to share with you a special tribute to a remarkable artist who holds a significant place in my heart: my beloved sister. From a young age, she has been deeply passionate about two things – horses and drawing. Her journey as an artist has been a beautiful tapestry woven with dedication, creativity, and love for her subjects.
Have you ever experienced the melancholy feeling of packing away a lifetime’s worth of art and memories only to store them for an entire decade? If the answer is yes, then you will undoubtedly be able to relate to my recent experience.
Like many of you, I spend a lot of time surrounded by technology. As I type away at this post, there is a desktop computer to my left, a laptop computer plugged into a giant monitor before me, an iPad on my desk, and an iPhone at arm’s reach.
Art Workshops… Painting, Drawing, Color (lots of colors) — we’re going to have fun this holiday season. I’ve teamed up with talented artist extraordinaire Beti Kristof and Las Vegas’ best art supply stores, Desert Art Supply, to bring you three exciting art workshops in December.
