My Corvette diptych was barely finished before shipping to the National Corvette Museum last week. I love the energy of MOMENTUM, my two new paintings celebrating Corvette’s legacy. So far, this project hasn’t stopped for a minute. And why should it? These are Corvettes. They are made to run and have done that for seventy years.
I should qualify my headline, “My Final Post,” as my final post for 2023, which is not my final post ever. It’s been a prolific year, but I can’t sneak any more in.
I am honored and grateful to accept my friend A.D. Cook’s invitation to contribute my culinary and entertainment articles to this website. I’ve been putting this off for ages, but I recently decided it was finally time to resolve my old YouTube issues and build a new channel to host and share my videos — the old and new alike. My new YouTube channel ( YouTube.com/@ADCook ) includes several art creation videos of my automotive-inspired art, motorcycle portraits, and fine art nudes on canvas and metal, event videos from various art shows and exhibits, along with my observations and stories of art, love, Las Vegas, and beyond.
