American Artist Appreciation Month is celebrated in August to honor American artists and their contributions to the art world. The month recognizes artists from various disciplines, including painters, sculptors, photographers, musicians, writers, poets, and performers. American art has influenced artistic movements worldwide and challenged traditional modes of expression.
This is a very special and heartfelt expression of gratitude to all the wonderful visitors and readers of the Blog posts and updates on this website. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this incredible journey with me.

The title of a painting can be an incredibly powerful tool in the hands of a skilled artist. It offers a tantalizing glimpse into the artist’s unique vision and the very essence of their work. A title can be an extension of a painting, like a bridge between the artist’s mind and the viewer’s imagination.

I’m excited to share that my Corvette art, MOMENTUM, which features CREATION and EVOLUTION, was seen in the New York Times as part of a feature article on America’s Sports Car titled “Corvette Bucked a Sports Cars Decline. Can It Thrive in an E.V. Era?” Also featured is my AMERICA painting of a Harley-Davidson chopper from 2016.

I knew I wanted to be an artist at a very young age. So, as a kid, I was consumed by art books and enjoyed them every chance I could, mainly the Renaissance artists and realism art. While in eighth grade, I discovered an artist who would change my world and inspire my passion.
If you thought it was too hot in July for beer events, think again. Thanks to the modern technology of air conditioning there are several slated for this month, all taking place indoors. Two beer festivals are scheduled for Saturday, July 20, timed in such a way that you could attend both.
