I know it sounds funny, but we’ve all heard it… “I’m looking for art to compliment my couch.” In the process of selecting a piece of fine art, have you ever caught yourself saying something like this?
Beauty inspires me. I seek grace in the lines and form of the female figure – to me, the ultimate beauty. There is nothing I would rather paint, and my art reflects that classical ideal.
Owning original art is an enjoyable experience. Participating in its creation brings that experience to a whole different level. Collaboration in the creation of art is a union of energies – a creative energy exchange.
Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed creating realistic iconic imagery of a wide variety of passions in many different genres including those in motorcycle, automotive and aircraft. I portray these passions in epic original one-of-a-kind contemporary paintings on canvas and metal.
Airplane paintings and motorcycle art… While known most recently – at least over the last decade or so – for my realistic figurative paintings, I cross paths with folks on occasion who aren’t aware of my previous artworks.
On August 3rd, I had the pleasure of appearing on live radio as a guest on the Hot Head Happy Hour.
Sometimes it’s fun to reflect back on an era past. During my five years (1989 – 1994) as Hollywood Video’s creative director and resident artist I created over a hundred hand-painted wall murals – most measuring upwards of ten feet tall.

You hear a lot about provenance in the art world. As it should be – provenance is an important part of the art in your collection. Provenance is how you answer important questions, like who really created the art, when it was created, sometimes where it was created, and hopefully how it was created.

The Three Graces, goddesses of charm, beauty, and creativity, have been iconic inspirations for artists throughout the centuries. Raphael, Rubens, Canova, and other masters of the past have been inspired by this enduring theme. Their touchstone is timelessness.
