Going National, Corvette Style
My Corvette diptych was barely finished before shipping to the National Corvette Museum last week. I love the energy of MOMENTUM, my two new paintings celebrating Corvette’s legacy. So far, this project hasn’t stopped for a minute. And why should it? These are Corvettes. They are made to run wild and have done that for seventy years.
Rather than recap on my earlier post, “Complete Momentum,” I’m mostly just excited to confirm that the paintings will arrive at the museum in just a few days, well before the official unveiling of the LUSTER Exhibition, which runs from March 15th through December 31st, 2024.
In my excitement, I created the image above to represent the scale of the two paintings on a big wall. I look forward to sharing a real pic from the Corvette Museum soon.
Until then, check out the Corvette Art Timeline to see MOMENTUM’s journey from beginning to present.
