Hollywood Video murals, circa 1993
During my five years (1989 – 1994) as Hollywood Video’s creative director and resident artist, I created over a hundred hand-painted wall murals – most measuring upwards of 10 feet tall by ten to 20 feet wide.
Originally, all my murals were painted on location on the store walls. Later, I created them in the studio as large paintings on canvas, many of which were later printed as photo murals and installed in numerous stores throughout the United States. Over the past couple of decades, many were lost or damaged as stores opened and closed. Only a few of the original Hollywood Video mural artworks exist today, and of those, only a couple remain intact and available to add to your collection.
