Nude Beauty Nude
Nudity in art has been debated since the beginning of time. After all, the unclothed human figure is an important genre in art, as it has been beautifully featured throughout history since ancient times.

Last week, I posted in my blog that it’s always fun to post art from the past. Over the last few days, I’ve added three large original paintings from 1993-94 and an illustration from 1988.
Created in 1994, this original painting was created on Tyvek, a non-woven surface created by DuPont. “The Look” has been in a climate-controlled archive for the last decade. Recently discovered and offered here, this is an original one-of-a-kind painting.

In many ways, 2012 has been a reflective year for me as an artist. I created a lot of new art in a variety of media, and that always excites me. But this year was epic for me in other ways, too.
As an art lover, you would agree that opening up archives of art is an experience that cannot be missed. Imagine going through artwork that has been hidden away for nearly a decade!
For many of us, this was a fun-filled and interesting year. Memorable for sure. I know it was for me. That may be why 2012 was (and still is) such a creative year. I started mine off creatively and am wrapping it up in like fashion. It’s all about art.
Anatomist, architect, botanist, city planner, chef, humorist, engineer, equestrian, inventor, geographer, geologist, military scientist, musician, painter, philosopher, and raconteur.
Continuing my 2012 abstract series in a bold and powerful way.
My latest creation, The Fire, is a creative outburst of reds and golds.
On this delightful Saturday evening, I am indulging myself in the magnificent experience of painting in the studio, and I must say, it is an absolute blast. The creative process of art has always fascinated me, and tonight is no exception. With each stroke of the brush and each splatter
I love creating abstract artworks. I guess, in many ways, I always have. There is a certain freedom and energy in creating the art, and that energy goes forward with the art for eternity.
I’m enjoying a fantastic day in the studio, putting together a few abstract paintings on panels and having a blast! I’ll look forward to sharing pics soon. Cheers!
