Pop the champagne and blow out the candles. This week, ADCook.com turned 18. Launched on October 23, 1996, my art site has undergone many design iterations and grown over the years, but its primary purpose has always been art and design.
The 74th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was a great time to connect with the motorcycle community in a fun and festive way. Each year, bikers descend on the small town of Sturgis, South Dakota, for the annual motorcycle gathering. They’ve been doing it for a long time—seventy-four years and counting.

It’s a beautiful vision — the female figure. For as long as man has created he has immortalized the female figure into his art. Countless powerful and beautiful artworks have been created, along with stories told. More songs than anyone can count been written and poems are scattered across eternity.
After more than three successful years at Tivoli Villiage, the Bobby Wheat Gallery is proud to announce that they will be relocating to Downtown Summerlin this coming Fall.

Sometimes it’s hard to believe that 20 years have passed since my five-year tenure as the Hollywood Video mural artist.
Sometimes, less is more. In my ongoing research, there appears to be a wide variation of the definition of “Implied Nude.” It’s mostly agreed that it means the model is nude, but no “private” parts are visible in the photographic image or artwork.

Undoubtedly, The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower in Las Vegas is an impressive architectural accomplishment. Located on Las Vegas Blvd. just north of the Las Vegas Strip, the property’s signature attraction is the 1,149 ft. Stratosphere Tower is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States.
Beauty inspires me. I’m pretty sure I’ve posted on that a time or two. And I know I’ve declared as well that if I ever found anything more beautiful than beautiful women, that I would paint that.
